Does not seal inside of your ear and max volume is not loud enough because it does not cancel ambient noise to your ear very well

Only negative is that adjusting the volume on the earpiece has NO effect on the volume on the phone; however this is not a problem for me as the max volume on the earpiece is too loud and slightly distorted.

Only thing I do not like, is the max volume is not quite loud enough for a noisy situation to hear clearly what the person on the other end is saying.

Max volume is not loud enough in my diesel delivery truck except at an idle, and the often stated complaint in having to sometimes shout to answer with the voice prompted function are two weaknesses

We did use the dry white rice soak for 24 hours before we charged it back up and found that it worked just as good as before

Ear covers all broke as I tried to put them on

It works as if it was refurbished and boxed up as new

The base product is great, but it is not very durable - honestly disappointed as I can usually get a few years out of any given bluetooth.

I expect this one to be a great as my first.

Let's put it like this; I've tried a bunch (I mean, probably 20 or more) different headsets, purchased here as well as when I was in China (they have a bazillion different offerings there) and this one is the best I've used

Why doesn't it just work as it should....

What l don't like is the charging piece, it's to dedicated to only this unit
