I was advised that the replacement I received was a refurbished unit, and when I asked for replacement number 3 to be a new unit instead of refurbished, I was told it just depends on what the factory has in stock

After using replacement number 1 for about 6 months, I finally had Plantronics send me replacement number 2 under their warranty program

After using replacement number 1 for a few months without any issues, it began to have numerous problems

They shipped replacement number 2 out very quickly, but the call quality issue was even worse with replacement number 2

What l don't like is the charging piece, it's to dedicated to only this unit

We did use the dry white rice soak for 24 hours before we charged it back up and found that it worked just as good as before

Ear covers all broke as I tried to put them on

It works as if it was refurbished and boxed up as new

The base product is great, but it is not very durable - honestly disappointed as I can usually get a few years out of any given bluetooth.

I expect this one to be a great as my first.

Let's put it like this; I've tried a bunch (I mean, probably 20 or more) different headsets, purchased here as well as when I was in China (they have a bazillion different offerings there) and this one is the best I've used

Why doesn't it just work as it should....

This includes a/c in a car if the vent is blowing directly at the microphone base
