The distributor included a hard carrying case in addition to the soft carrying case that comes in the Plantronics box

CASE HARD, Plantronics does not have a hard case, it has a bag (it is sturdy)

As with other reviews, consider a separate $30 hard case sold elsewhere on Amazon in lieu of the bag provided with the Plantronics.
