Plantronics Wireless Noise Cancelling Backbeat - Headphones (Black & Tan) (Pro 2)

    • Very nice and balanced sound!External controls seem to work great with my Google Pixel 2 and buttons on the ear cup are big and easy to locate, unlike the Sony
    • They hit all the notes on paper that I am looking for: 20+ hours of battery life, active noise cancelling, aptX and aptX-LL (Low Latency), open mic mode (pumps in the sound from around you so you can hear what is going on without taking off the headphones), nice physical controls, support for 2 device connections at once, etc... but unfortunately all these great features and sound quality are held back by uncomfortable design, at least for me
    • The controls are well thought out and intuitive
    • Fit well over the ear and are comfortable, sound great, controls work very well
    • Decent smart controls.
    • The controls on the headphones didn't always work as expected with my phone and never worked consistently with either my phone or my laptop
    • Good controls: power is a _switch_, not a button that you have to hold in for a long time to power on
    • It makes using BBP2 more intuitive and fool-proof in case you accidentally used the wrong control
    • The only downside to this is the audio control
    • Love the smart controls
    • Controls: The controls were easy to get used to and well placed
    • Device is easy to operate with excellent fit and finish, handy controls, and the noise isolation is just about right not to give me a headache; other headphones I've used give me the sensation of increased pressure inside my ear canal and develop a headache in about two hours of use
    • * Good controls: skip forward/back is easily accessible.
    • I found that the reviews are very subjective and indeed, it can be pretty hard to describe the "rich mids" or "sparkling highs", or even soundstage, or what "controlled" or "prominent" bass even really means
    • Innovative controls (it actually helps to read the little start-up pamphlet).
    • comfortable, great sound ,controls
    • The controls are pretty intuitive and seem to work very well
    • I love the controls on the left ear cup
    • They did have great battery life and the controls on the side were nice
    • You still get great sounding headphones with excellent battery life that sport intuitive controls.
    • I found the controls are very unreliable, they would cut in and out of noise cancelling, and start and stop on its own, making it impossible to listen to music for any length of time
    • The controls on each ear are very convenient and fairly intuitive
    • They're comfortable, not too heavy, have incredible sound, and the controls are pretty intuitive
    • Straightforward physical controls - none of the idiotic touch controls like the PXC-550Cons
    • If you value Very Good sound together with more compactness for storage, sort of "road warrior" portability, I'd recommend the Sony, Sennheiser or Bose (even give the Sony the edge because of some also-very-nifty touch controls - you hold your hand over the right side and can hear the environment around you, better even than with your own ears, as these can do, but with toggling a manual switch that you won't be able to find quickly if, for example, there's a boarding call or an announcement about a flight change.
    • The controls on the headphones didn't always work as expected with my phone and never worked consistently with either my phone or my laptop
