I recently moved into a noisier work environment and needed some better headphones I could listen to for extended periods of time

They were the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn

Device is easy to operate with excellent fit and finish, handy controls, and the noise isolation is just about right not to give me a headache; other headphones I've used give me the sensation of increased pressure inside my ear canal and develop a headache in about two hours of use

I have small ear canals but large ears, so earbuds don't really work well, and most over the ear headphones tend to pinch my ears which can be painful.

The headphone auto-pause when they thing they have been removed from your ear, and the extra padding of a hat between your ear and the headphones is enough to trigger it when walking.

There are better noise cancelling headphones on the market, but if you are using these primarily in a home environment as I do, these do a great job of quieting external sounds while listening.

I almost forgot that it still work as a "regular" headphone even when the power is turned off if connected using the 3.5mm jack
