As far as sound isolation goes, it does a good job of preventing sound leaking out and reduces outside sound coming in but not too drastically.

Other then that great jobs, Sony for a quality product.

You also have a button for surround sound on/off, which does an amazing job at virtual 7.1 surround sound.

I was expecting a gimmick for this, but it does a great job.

As always Sony does a great job with its products
