The delivery was super fast; the packaging was good, the device itself is amazing; but, for American (or international) users, the flipping of functionality for the x and o buttons that is the standard in all Japanese devices might be a bit annoying, I wish Sony would release firmware update allowing users to change, however it’s only a matter of time before you get used to it
