The device paired with my hearing aids but did not recognize them as audio devices, so no luck there.

The drivers on the Plugable website loaded but the device refused to work

Andy from plugable customer service was very helpful and helped me solve bluetooth issues that frankly were not even the device's fault

Remember that if you don't have room in the front usb ports you can also just get a USB extension and hang the device somewhere out of the way yet visible

I would recommend the device and the seller.

Excellent device -performing just as expected; instantly giving me pc bluetooth connectivity; My initial primary reason for the connectivity was for the use of a bluetooth keyboard; Where I experienced a steep learning curve as I was using the Ubuntu operating system to install the keyboard; but the support given from Plugable Technolgies was relentless and invaluable enabling me to connect now seamlessly; -I am writing this review as a result of the connectivity;

I did have an issue with pairing my devices, but as I will explain, it turned out to be more of a Windows issue and not the fault of the adapter

Very handy device, easy to use, and incredibly affordable

It works fine once OS is up, that's a problem of booting with bluetooth keyboard though, I'd recommend this device to people who do not need keyboard before their OS is up running.

The device worked on both computers

After I updated to Windows 10 Creator Edition, i had some issues getting my bluetooth LE device to even pair, but by using this adapater and the broadcom drivers that come with it, i was able to get things working again.

You need turn off bluetooth, open Crosh which is like a dos prompt on windows, disable the factory bluetooth device, make the new bluetooth one the main device, search for your bluetooth device you want to connect, than connect to it by its mac address
