Primary reason - Great customer support exceeding that from other Bluetooth units I have purchased

However, the support through personal email was exceptional and walked me through how to tell my HP laptop how to pair through the device with the headphones.

The support was good(they sent an email with the details to install the driver) and once the drivers are installed it works like a charm..
