Game Freak is terrified of trying anything new

Game freak really did good on this game and it is certainly a must for RSE fans

I like what Game Freak did with the exp. share compared to past generations, and I like some of the character makeovers (such as Matt and the rest of Team Aqua)

If it sounds a bit cruel, keep in mind that this is a game for young people and as such Game Freak goes out of their way to make the story a positive lesson: you have to take care of your Pokemon, they grow to like you, and no one ever dies--they just 'faint' and can be revived.
