Only downfall is it's kind of bulky for wearing every day.

The Polar Flow program works great on my phone, tablet and computer and the watch automatically sync all day.

I'll have to give up Wear OS, but it will be nice not having to recharge the unit every day and wonder if it'll last as long as the next day.

As a comparison I used to own the Garmin Fenix 3 and at the same race (2015) only the next day two of the buttons stopped working

I use my m600 with the h7 heart rate strap when I workout for most accurate results when I'm HIIT and even easy days.

However, the heart rate monitor as spotty at best, and the sleep monitor function is next to worthless as it reads sitting and reading or watching TV as sleeping and provides.
