All around a great setup for those who are looking for quality sound at a reasonable price.

It's everything I expected for great theater-like sound in my living room for a surprisingly affordable price.

These aren't top of the line and those who are extreme audiophiles with thousands to blow on speaker systems probably could find some little nuance with the performance on these speakers, I find the sound to be clear and with the powered sub, you get the full experience without the crazy price tag.

I have a medium sized living room and the speakers are hooked up to a Denon reciever and sound great, once they were calibrated the give plenty of power and the sub can shake the walls, so I am very pleased with the product and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great set of speakers for a great price.

Good 5.1 speakers & reasonably priced

So it was time for a new A/V receiver with at least (4) HDMI inputs, 7.1 Surround Sound, a Phono (turntable) input (these are next to impossible to find on any receiver expect higher end boxes), at least 100 Watts per channel into 8 ohms, and the latest Dolby Digital technology, all at a reasonable price-point

I also put my front R/L speakers on the Atlantic Satellite Speaker Stands (worked fine after having to alter (drill a hole) in the mounting bracket on the stands) since the polk speakers have bottom mounting screws, not back mounting screws.
