We used to buy spray oil from Trader Joe's but this stuff is a little cheaper and the spray nozzle works better than the Trader Joe's brand

I tried this because avocado oil is supposed to be better for you than the cheap cooking sprays but after having to clean the pans a few times I decided I am going back to the cheap stuff.
