I Bought your 20100 Battery Bank as a replacement for an older Anker 2nd Gen Astro E5 16750 which i absolutly loved, Unfortunatly it quit working after only a years use

To date I had really appreciated Anker and there products.

I used the usb cable that comes along with the device and plugged into laptop, my iphone charger hub as well Anker charger hub but just took forever to charge

Anker includes a nice nylon mess carry pouch for the PowerCore with room for its USB-micro-cable charge cord and a 3-ft USB to iPhone lighting cable

It's basically a paperweight now :( I would love to talk to the Anker support team to figure out how it can be fixed if it shorted

I got this power back back on July 2017 and it worked wonderfully for me until lije2 weeks aho that it started to act a little bit crazy sometimes it worked and sometimes not so I contacted anker support service and the respond super

I loved this so much I bought one for my dad for Father’s Day as he travels on a regular basis and was having issues keeping his cell phone charged, he really enjoys it and uses it often.

Had issues with the charging port and contacted customer support as it was within the warranty period

The replacement works as it should and I’m hopeful it will continue to do so.———-I've been lightly using the battery pack for 10 months now

Don't waste your money on this product as it is useless.

After some time one of the chargers stopped charging as fast as it used to...

I bought this in 2017, and it still works just as well as when I bought it

Even after an accident going through the washer it still works as if it was brand new
