I bought one of these over a year ago and it worked fine until one of the ports broke.

This was great until after two months of owning it one port broke and the other side will now not charge either since it must contain something in the inner workings to complete the circuit.

After a few months of use one of the usb ports broke

But about 6 months in, one of the USB ports broke on the inside

HOWEVER only a month after returning from our trip one of the USB ports broke

n’t work they were quick to dispatch a new battery

just do t work

n’t be that upset about it.

I loved this so much I bought one for my dad for Father’s Day as he travels on a regular basis and was having issues keeping his cell phone charged, he really enjoys it and uses it often.

Had issues with the charging port and contacted customer support as it was within the warranty period

The replacement works as it should and I’m hopeful it will continue to do so.———-I've been lightly using the battery pack for 10 months now

Don't waste your money on this product as it is useless.

After some time one of the chargers stopped charging as fast as it used to...

I bought this in 2017, and it still works just as well as when I bought it

Even after an accident going through the washer it still works as if it was brand new
