It takes a long time to charge all the way up to 100% but that’s obviously for a good reason

I rely on these for real estate conferences, and reason why I bought a second pack was because I loved their products

Recently it died (unknown reasons I took great care of it.

The only reason I had to buy another is because I lost it

The only reason I have it four stars on material quality is because if you keep it together with your wires outside of its sleeve is can scratch the outside

My phone for some odd reason froze up and went completely dark

I loved this so much I bought one for my dad for Father’s Day as he travels on a regular basis and was having issues keeping his cell phone charged, he really enjoys it and uses it often.

Had issues with the charging port and contacted customer support as it was within the warranty period

The replacement works as it should and I’m hopeful it will continue to do so.———-I've been lightly using the battery pack for 10 months now

Don't waste your money on this product as it is useless.

After some time one of the chargers stopped charging as fast as it used to...

I bought this in 2017, and it still works just as well as when I bought it

Even after an accident going through the washer it still works as if it was brand new
