Great battery pack, never gets hot, doesn't take too long to charge, and can charge my phone to 100% multiple times before I need to recharge it again!

However I couldn't give them 5 stars because I received a defective battery pack in the first place and original sub par customer service

I bought this to replace two other portable battery packs that quit working and also to have plenty of power for my phone when Florida was hit by hurricane Irma last year

I ordered the portable power pack to use on an international trip.

It's a prettt good battery pack but it has its downside had it for a couple of months and it stops charging

Would recommend this battery pack as long as you don't plan on carring it around attached to the phone like my kids do with the smaller usb chargers.

Now, do realize this is large and heavy for a portable battery pack, so if you're looking to carry your phone and this in a pocket or even a purse / coat, it's probably not your best option

1 to charge the pack (which is useless if you don't have a DC USB charge pack to plug in to), and the other useless since it's for an android, not an iPhone

I have tried some smaller portable power pack and have been disappointed

This has been a great battery pack I get at least 3-4 complete chargers out of it

My original confusion came from the item posting title itself "Power Banks RAVPower 22000mAh Portable Charger, High Capacity Portable Battery Pack 22000 with 3 USB Ports, High Speed Charging Battery Bank 5.8A Max Output for Smartphone Tablet and More", specifically the "High Speed Charging" portion

Very disappointing as I have purchased cheaper battery packs that lasted over 2 years

Comes very well pack, for test purpose I charged all 03 phones from my house at once, this power bank is awesome, beside charges all the phones, still plenty of live, I'm very happy with, also I don't need to charge so often like others, just need to charge once every 6 months and is good to go.

While Anker portable battery packs are my first choice.
