I had one issue with it, where the connector piece broke off into the case, but customer service was super helpful and sent me a brand new one in place of the broken one!Highly recommend this battery!

Portable Battery

I highly recommend the RavPower for anyone in need of a great battery charger.

However it takes forever to charge it back up once the battery is depleted.

We just went on a European trip and this battery was a total lifesaver

I took them up on the offer and have been enjoying my portable battery for the last month (January 2017).

Now, do realize this is large and heavy for a portable battery pack, so if you're looking to carry your phone and this in a pocket or even a purse / coat, it's probably not your best option

The only minor drawback is that the amount of battery remaining is only indicated by the 4 light blips, but most portable batteries don't have an actual digital gauge.

But that’s what you get for getting a big enough battery to charge your phone many times

When I plugged my phone in, the battery drained my phone even more quickly.

I have charge my phone several times a day about three times and have also given battery power to others without it coming to a full dead battery

The battery is very handy and live to expectations, I can charge my cellphone, tablet and camera while traveling

i have seriuos problem with Portable Charge RAVPower, the battery doesnt work correctly, because dont charge full, charge just one light
