4 lights means it's full and the amount of like goes down with the amount left, so think of each light as about 25%.Anyways, this is pretty helpful little thing that you can put in a bag and take it with you and will last a while

I mean, this thing gets them REALLY hot and this was after only an hour or so of charging, I don't want to leave it plugged in any longer for fear something might catch fire or burn out.
