Additionally, the highlighter basically fell apart within the first day of use.

I love having a highlighter and post it flags all in one place since I use both equally

But I would not write a review of a highlighter if all it was was a good highlighter

They immediately replied and sent me a free replacement, asking that I return the defective highlighter using their pre-paid postage so that they could look the highlighter over in their lab.
