Since often hard drives give no warning of impending failure, their policy is not fair.

I didn't have any issues that others have encountered with not having a CD drive available since I have one built-in to my desktop PC and have an external Blu-ray/CD-Rom drive that I can connect to my portable devices via USB connection, so if I had wanted to install on one of the laptops or portable tablet type devices, I could have done so by using that external drive.
