I completely charged the battery and lost 15% charge within 15 minutes without using py phone and no running apps and the phone of course was on power saving mode

Hopefully PowerBear will honor their 24 month warranty as I have seen other reviews stating that after several replacements within the 24 month window they stopped replacing.
