There is a lawsuit out on these for the battery issue

I also verified that the battery was fully charged on them and that it wasn't a low battery issue.

Mine now after only 7 usages, has also failed due to battery issues

I contacted the customer support line and they finally were able to tell me that the first pair was a battery cable issue and the second was a battery issue

The sound quality is not as great as I would have wanted, the bass specifically is lacking a little, but for a compact style of earbuds, I am impressed

I immediately removed the In-Ear Headphones, it smelled like smoke as if the ear phones were burning, and since that moment they stopped working

So disappointed as it was a gift.
