Had this item for less then a year and the item is broken and no longer works.

So after about two weeks I thought I got a defective item because the sound quality was not what I expected then no matter how long I charged it I noticed the light would stay red & no longer turn green when fully charged

Beats headphones purchased on Amazon, distributed by Beat but when calling Apple/Beats for manufacturer's support (broken volume button), Apple/Beats said it's not a valid serial number and possibly a fake item

Item was a fake

Bad quality item used them on avg once a week and after 9 months they are not working any more

Wrong item in packaging not even a “power beats 3” printed on device nor did the color match

Item stopped working twice in the first 6 months

Item is defective, buttons do not work and they cannot be turned off

Really disappointed when item came in really dirty

I can't believe this item is so expensive and didn't even last.

n’t get these to work.

n’t recommend buying them because it’s such a let down to pay a high price and have them constantly break - which these do

n’t lose the earbuds.

Very happy with the remaining pair but WON’T BUY AGAIN.
