These are just as good as any super cheap pair of wireless headphones

Have had several pairs of beats, no prior issues

I purchased 3 pairs of the previous model powerbeats2 and each pair failed and had to be sent and replaced unti the 1 YEAR warranty expires.

I've had three pairs of these now and love them (I frequently lose them!)

I can say without any hesitation that is the absolute worst sounding pair of headphones that I have owned.

Once the warranty is out and I cannot get a new free pair, i will switch to different headphone for sure.

I’ve had like 6 pairs of these horrible headphones

so I need a secondary pair to finish my workouts...bought a cheap pair of JBLs.

I contacted the customer support line and they finally were able to tell me that the first pair was a battery cable issue and the second was a battery issue

The first pair broke exactly one year after I bought it.

The second pair failed again today.

Although Techno Discounters USA sent me a defective pair the first time around, eventually they swapped it for another pair that are in great working condition and make my everyday life a breeze

Now, I have a defective pair of earbuds that I can only hear out of one ear which occured only 6-months into their use and Apple isn't willing to fix the issue due to a missing piece of mesh from the opposite eartip.

First pair was sooooooo nice and loud.

Had to replace and wait a week, and then the new pair I received worked for less than two weeks

The only thing good is that Apple seems willing to send me a new pair after I send in the old pair free of charge with few questions asked.

After a few more uses, this pair died too!

Given for Christmas gift, they loved them, I have a pair myself and they are great.

Ir is an insult to anyone who loves to hear music, it sound as a cheap $10 pair of headphones

Never getting them wet from a pool or anything and eventually they stop pairing or constantly lose their connection over and over

The highest volume seems very low to me, and unless I got a bad pair the sound doesn’t seem as clear as they should

These pair well with her Apple Watch 3 so there is no need for her to lug around

Sound quality isn't as great as I would hope for beats but still is much better than the cheap headphones I am used to

If these only cost $30 a pair they would be worth the money as I could afford to replace them every 6 months or so with a new pair

Considering mine did not work as they should, I sent them back and ordered them at full price directly from Apple.

The sound quality is not as great as I would have wanted, the bass specifically is lacking a little, but for a compact style of earbuds, I am impressed

I immediately removed the In-Ear Headphones, it smelled like smoke as if the ear phones were burning, and since that moment they stopped working

So disappointed as it was a gift.
