The first pair I was shipped lasted about 35 days - just long enough that Amazon would not accept a return and referred me to Apple Support for warranty repair

Contacted Apple Support and was only offered the opportunity to buy a new pair for the slightly discounted price of $99, but only with a 90-day limited warranty, and only after sending the nonfunctional units in.

Getting them replaced takes a week plus dealing with Apple support in person

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is when they are working, they stay in place well while I'm at gym/on the run & Apple support was helpful & quick to send out a new pair

If these only cost $30 a pair they would be worth the money as I could afford to replace them every 6 months or so with a new pair

Sound quality isn't as great as I would hope for beats but still is much better than the cheap headphones I am used to

I immediately removed the In-Ear Headphones, it smelled like smoke as if the ear phones were burning, and since that moment they stopped working

The sound quality is not as great as I would have wanted, the bass specifically is lacking a little, but for a compact style of earbuds, I am impressed

Considering mine did not work as they should, I sent them back and ordered them at full price directly from Apple.
