When i was received that item the box inside is no instructions papaer and one side ear phone cover is the broken and my girlfriend told me it is not work the phone connection only is work lessons to the music is possible so how do i return is item

It’s simply the best connection for portable wireless audio

CONNECTIVITY ISSUE - frequently skips or looses connection for a nano second which makes listening to music VERY irritating.

They would loose connection during my workout and wouldn't reconnect.

The headphones constantly lose connection with my IPhone.

My 3 broken sets have had a multitude of issues including: dying fast, losing bluetooth connection permanently, high-pitch random whistling noise, and just not turning on all together.

Never getting them wet from a pool or anything and eventually they stop pairing or constantly lose their connection over and over

n’t recommend buying them because it’s such a let down to pay a high price and have them constantly break - which these do
