I've had three pairs of these now and love them (I frequently lose them!)
-
The second pair failed again today.
-
Now, I have a defective pair of earbuds that I can only hear out of one ear which occured only 6-months into their use and Apple isn't willing to fix the issue due to a missing piece of mesh from the opposite eartip.
-
About 1 month later the new pair failed in the same manner
-
Never getting them wet from a pool or anything and eventually they stop pairing or constantly lose their connection over and over

-
I bought a Listed as Like New, but never used pair of Powerbeats 3 Wireless - Shock Yellow from Albert's Deals
-
I contacted the customer support line and they finally were able to tell me that the first pair was a battery cable issue and the second was a battery issue
-
For all the reasons listed above, they are the most superior pair of headphones available today.
-
I have a pair of beats solo 3 and I love

My pair of powerbeats 2 crapped out after 2 years and just stopped turning on

I can't recommend them any more, not when you can get a cheaper pair that do the same thing, and will sound just as good
-
The first time around, I thought I had a faulty pair or that I had broken them somehow
-
good sound pairing
-
You think we'll the next pair will be better or the next pair will last longer

All reviews and apple say send them back and get a fresh pair
-
My first pair also died in just over a year.
-
Bought a pair for my boyfriend, and he loved them...until they stopped working after 2 months
-
The Powerbeat 3’s are hands down the best pair of headphones money can buy and I have had zero regrets since purchasing these headphones
-
These are just as good as any super cheap pair of wireless headphones
-
this pair feels CHEAP and I would say there is a VERY high probability these are fakes.
-
The second pair of Powerbeats works for a little while.
-
Both pairs I have owned have stopped working after 3 months.
-
Being that I enjoyed my 1st pair that lasted me 6 months, I decided to try again.
-
Have had several pairs of beats, no prior issues
-
I broke my last pair of beats
-
Personally that means getting up 2 hours earlier on a work day hoping that I finally will receive a good pair that will last only to feel duped a little over a month later.
-
I keep hoping that the new pair they send me will have fixed the problem, but not yet
-
I was looking for a good pair of workout headphones, so I looked into the BeatsX & Powerbeats3
-
What a ripoff...will never buy another pair of beat headphones
-
Every pair has failed within a couple months
-
Have you ever had that lackluster pair of headphones that you accidentally drop in the squat rack that instantly shatter
-
Looking for a more durable pair of headphones that sound great and stay in the ear while running.
-
Apple has now sent me 2 pair to replace the first defective pair and each of those has failed after 2-3 uses.
-
Jaybird X3: my least favorite pair
-
My husband's second pair also just died in over a

-
New pair failed with the same symptoms within the same timeframe.
-
This is my second pair (Powerbeats 2 previously)Pros
-
First pair was sooooooo nice and loud.
-
My previous pair broke because of a defect in the earbud
-
Uncomfortable pair of earplugs, even worse earbuds
-
The highest volume seems very low to me, and unless I got a bad pair the sound doesn’t seem as clear as they should
-
The only thing good is that Apple seems willing to send me a new pair after I send in the old pair free of charge with few questions asked.
-
Great sound, awesome bass, easy pairing
-
First 2 pairs died within 6 months
-
These are just as good as any super cheap pair of wireless headphones
-
To conclude, these are just an amazing pair of headphones.
-
for comparison, I have two cheap (approx $30) pairs from amazon that work fine.
-
The 1st pair worked fine for maybe 2 months then I noticed the battery life went from maybe 10 hours down to maybe 2 then down to zero
-
I'm not sure why, but, this pair just stopped working for no reason.
-
I broke my old pair by stepping on them
-
This is my second pair of beats headphones and they broke just like the original pair

I would love a free pair of these.
-
You might as well buy a cheap pair
-
Ir is an insult to anyone who loves to hear music, it sound as a cheap $10 pair of headphones
-
Why would I buy another pair, even at a discount, when they broke in less than 6 months!
-
Works perfectly with my iPhone X. Feels secure on my ears, but can't wear it to bed (I broke a previous pair after wearing it to sleep for a few months).
-
Secondly, be prepared that your pair may stop working within a month or two
-
I've had two pair and my second pair have now broken
-
and I return the 5th pair due to the volume unit breaking after 2 months and one ear piece started cutting on and off
-
the second pair has stopped working
-
The third pair just died and Apple refuses to replace them since it is outside of the original 12 month warranty period.
-
The first pair broke exactly one year after I bought it.
-
I've had three pairs of these now and love them (I frequently lose them!)
-
Lost one pair and had to buy another because I could not live without it.
-
Got knock off pair!!
-
First pair went bad in three months

Buy the cheapest wired pair and then cut the cord
-
However, the wireless headphones do not seem to sound much different than the free pair of headphones I received when I got a new phone
-
All I half to say is the "Best Pair I have ever had"!!
-
Easy pairing to iPhone.
-
This is my second pair of Powerbeats (lost the other ones:() and love these just as much as before.
-
- I will never buy/support any Beats product ever again - HORRIBLE customer service for an expensive pair of headphones.
-
You are better off going on Amazon and buying a $30 pair of wireless headphones similar to the style of these beats, they will last just as long or longer and it will not sting as much when that $199 pair stops working and Apple will not honor or stand behind their product

I am very disappointed because they were not an inexpensive pair of headphones
-
My first two pairs worked perfectly
-
this is pair 3 for the wife, and she loves them still
-
Had my last pair 4 years no problems.
-
n’t be any lengthy and unnecessary pairing session.

-
I purchased 3 pairs of the previous model powerbeats2 and each pair failed and had to be sent and replaced unti the 1 YEAR warranty expires.
-
Had to replace and wait a week, and then the new pair I received worked for less than two weeks
-
HOWEVER, good luck having a pair that lasts longer than two months and expect frequent visits to the Apple store to go through their lengthy “repair process”
-
The first pair dies on me after 3 months of using from April - July
-
but they stopped working as of May 2018
-
If these only cost $30 a pair they would be worth the money as I could afford to replace them every 6 months or so with a new pair
-
Sound quality isn't as great as I would hope for beats but still is much better than the cheap headphones I am used to
-
i’ve had mine for almost a year now & they still work as if I just bought them
-
So disappointed as it was a gift.
-
I immediately removed the In-Ear Headphones, it smelled like smoke as if the ear phones were burning, and since that moment they stopped working
-
The sound quality is not as great as I would have wanted, the bass specifically is lacking a little, but for a compact style of earbuds, I am impressed
-
Considering mine did not work as they should, I sent them back and ordered them at full price directly from Apple.
-
As annoyed and frustrated as I was (no issues for a year remember?), the fact that Apple was willing to replace them with little trouble on my part made me reconsider how I felt
