After making three different trips to the Apple store and having to wait a week or so for the headphones to be shipped back, just to not work after a month or so... I am finally over it and would absolutely never recommend this product to anyone.

At first these seemed like a good product but after about 4 months the ear inserts kept coming off.

I use this product only when I exercise, placed order in February, they all of a sudden won’t work or take a charge.

I’m not sure if the seller purposefully sells dysfunctional products, or if their products are all like this, but the headphones will skip my music, turn the volume all the way down or up, or just stop working all together

The types of malfunctions very which brings me to the conclusion that these are a terrible product

This is single handledly the WORST product I have ever used.

For the first few months this product was perfect, but because of the way this product was built to only last about a year until the warranty is expired

And on top of that, the product just looks cheap
