I purchased the wireless PowerBeats a little over a year ago for almost $130.00 at BestBuy and the loop that goes around the ear has failed and the rigid wire that was inside a plastic tubing has come out and its puncturing my ear

Wireless is somewhat misleading in this sense because there is a wire connecting the two earphones that drapes around the back of user’s neck

I have purchased less expensive wireless earbuds that have preformed better.

Although we purchased several pairs of these expensive wireless headphones this pair did not work from the time we received them and unfortunately they were a gift and went to someone who was a distance away so the window to return was missed
