This one had very brittle plastic and both pieces on each box (upper and lower) broke

Perfect solution for wall mounted tv... great quality heavy duty plastic.... easy to install ....

However, this is not a better replacement for the earlier product and for the purposes of specifically reviewing this item, does identify a number of things I really don't like.- Generally weaker plastic.

Made with very cheap flimsy plastic so if you install it beware to ever uninstall it

I hope someone will reach out to me to try and correct the issue, otherwise I am out $60 with worthless plastic.

The unit I received does not have any plugs, just a hunk of useless plastic and a cheap 2-wire extension cord like would be used for a lamp or fan

Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars:-Plastic feels a little weak, but that's usually the case with plates like these-Paint on heads of screws comes off while screwing the plates

The outlet panels have screws at the top and bottom that turn a plastic flap up to secure the panel from behind the wall, but my wall was too thick for the space provided by the screws/flaps

Worked exactly as it was supposed to

So tighten it, but not as tight as you would like.
