I feel Jennifer aka owner of the company has gone above and beyond my expectations to rectify the situation of a faulty product.

So, since you have to buy a new product just to get an extra/replacement rod and it is not so much a better performer, my review is this product is not worth the extra $5

After researching for a handheld frother I bought this one after reading the good reviews and the product looked great
