Thick crust pizzas can still be a bit of a challenge to get just right, and it would be nice if the tray balanced a bit better so that you didn't have to try so hard to get it perfectly balanced to avoid one side cooking more, but I honestly love this thing and it has pretty much replaced my oven for cooking appetizers, pizza, and bread items.

If you do not own a wood fired brick oven the pizzazz is the next best thing

My wife doesn’t like things setting out, but we used it so much, she allowed me to leave it setting on our rolling butcher block.
