I ordered this less than 6 month ago, within the first week the grease trap broke

she cooked 1 lb of bacon all at one time and the grease trap was only about half filled

This is so easy to assemble (two removable handles that are simple to add and remove, a heating element/heat control that easily slides in and out, the main griddle and the grease trap.

The only thing is the grease trap is smaller than our old one

Otherwise, we love using electric skillets with grease traps opposed to the cast iron stove top versions

Clean up is a breeze and the the grease trap is large enough it doesn’t spill when removing it

Overall, there are no cold spots, just a few areas around the edges where it gets very warm, but not as hot as in the center
