Red erases very well, but blue stays a little bit more

Like other pencils, the attached eraser will eventually go bad (harden), so that's also a possible explanation for incomplete erasing.

These are really nice to get in the first colorings as they are easily erased for changes.

I used them for sketching some of my drawings and the erasing is about as good as it going to get when your using color

It is just light enough that it doesn't impede the blue Col-erase for tie-downs (drawing your final lines), but is dark enough so you don't lose your gesture

Light sketch for easy erasing aside buying Col-erase red if you like to have difference in details such as shadows

I'm not sure if others have some sort of magic erasing mojo, or what, but they just didn't work for me!

So I purchased the 12 pack of cool-erase colored pencils, and I noticed that the brown did not have any pigment core in it

I love col-erase for two things first its a prismacolor pencil and second you really can erase it.
