It is a little bit of an awkward design to pour all the water into the reservoir if it's up against a wall, and if I leave it on for more than 10

Also, the pause & serve function is a better design & works much better than our prev Mr Coffee, w no drips

Simple, elegant design (looks nice on my counter top), doesn't take up too much space, easy to use, easy to clean, makes delicious and hot coffee!
