I had a Dime Tech, on a previous order and used to work very fine for more than two years, unfortunalety that hand free microphone became bad and I decided to re-order, expecting the same unit with similar or better results

But we've never gotten any complaints about them and they are cheaper than the ones we bought from a different Amazon seller, and the quality seems as good if not better.
