Reviews around stage (5.00 of 5)

  • But no, please, these stages are long enough as they are.
  • The stages, while long, are indeed very challenging & inventive
  • It has good music, memorable stages, interesting gimmicks, tons of replayability thanks to challenges, trophies and time attack
  • It's passable stuff, although not quite as good as in previous MEGA MAN entries.
  • The gameplay remains as fun and glorious as it did for previous Mega Man entries.

Reviews around look (5.00 of 5)

  • There are multiple settings off the bat, so it's approachable by newcomers and experienced players alike!Visuals are great, nice color use, backgrounds are stunning, just the overall art style gave everything a fresh look without straying too far from original designs
  • This isn't perfect, but I love the new look and smooth gameplay
  • It's a challenging game that doesn't do much new other than the graphics, but it's a great looking and playing Mega Man game
  • I feel it retains the classic feel but with a more modern look

Reviews around addition (5.00 of 5)

  • It's passable stuff, although not quite as good as in previous MEGA MAN entries.
  • It's got some neat additions but it doesn't stray too far from me the stable elements of the main line Mega Man games
  • The gameplay remains as fun and glorious as it did for previous Mega Man entries.
  • The Power Gear and Speed Gear are a great addition to power through more difficult areas but are also completely optional

Reviews around challenge (5.00 of 5)

  • Challenge modes, achievements, and a gallery are also an extra bonus this game has
  • There are a variety of collectibles to find as well as challenge modes I have not yet tried
  • Do yourself a favor and buy it if you're itching for a good challenge!
  • It's passable stuff, although not quite as good as in previous MEGA MAN entries.
  • I am trekking through the game on normal and find it to be an excellent challenge while not feeling unfair

Reviews around series (5.00 of 5)

  • the next MM release is in the “classic” series, X series, or other MM spin-off, like many popular gaming franchises in recent times, I see a potentially positive and prolific future for the Mega Man series
  • If you like the series you gotta come check this game out
  • As a longtime fan of the classic Mega Man series, I have been patiently waiting for Capcom to return the Blue Bomber to glory

Reviews around style (5.00 of 5)

  • A very challenging platformer with a beautiful 2.5D art style and a variety of abilities that are very fun to use
  • The graphic style is rendered in a clean, gorgeous hand-drawn style that feels very much at home with what you'd expect from classic MEGA MAN.
  • On to the good, I really love the art style of this game which feels like a cartoon come to life, something which they were moving closer to on 8 and then backtracked from on 9 and 10

Reviews around robot master (5.00 of 5)

  • I feel the weapons are more useful then previous versions and since it is easier to refill them with some upgrades, you can use them much more frequently on the stages as opposed to waiting until the robot masters
  • However, I do think that Capcom perhaps should have followed Sega’s example and released MM11 for $20 digitally considering the pretty much barebones experience that it currently is, then release new Robot Master stages or new characters such as Proto Man or Bass as DLC for $5-$10
  • It's passable stuff, although not quite as good as in previous MEGA MAN entries.
  • I only beat Block man and Impact man but their level is quite smart and the robot masters are very cool
  • The gameplay remains as fun and glorious as it did for previous Mega Man entries.

Reviews around graphic (4.40 of 5)

  • As a long time fan of Mega Man in its early days on NES, I can honestly say this game captures that old-school magic but with a modern twist (harder difficulty, slick graphics) and you'll have many many hours of fun and challenge.
  • These stages are far longer than in any other Mega Man game, even the X game stages, but the enemy placement, the beautiful graphics, the music (which is actually pretty good, though not the best in the series), and the tight and responsive controls, you will find yourself hoping some of those stages were longer.

  • It’s not the best in the series, but it brings in a lot of new ideas and nice graphics

Reviews around capcom (4.16 of 5)

  • It's passable stuff, although not quite as good as in previous MEGA MAN entries.
  • Will likely pick this up for ps4 as well to support capcom and round out the MM legacy collections on physical discs
  • (Man... Still sounding old and grumpy...)The only badish thing:You waited to long and lost good composers Capcom.
  • I went through both Capcom support and Amazon support, and neither were able to help me.
  • The gameplay remains as fun and glorious as it did for previous Mega Man entries.
