    • I determined the drive itself was defective, their tech support agreed
    • The duplicator was in better physical shape than expected bt the top drive doesnt work
    • Worked for a little while and now only 3 drives are recognized and almost every disc fails due to a write interrupt, which is not any any troubleshooting guide.
    • The unit doesn't come with a hard drive and doesn't tell you how to add one, but it may not be too hard to figure out
