I am pleased to say it does a great job of reducing such ambient noises although you might still need to do further reducing in the post-processing stage of your audio editing depending on how loud they are

Works exactly as designed -- I use my Blue Yeti for Twitch streaming & podcasting and this has done a great job of eliminating 'pop' and breathing sounds.
