I previously have been using the Blue pop filter but still there was a lot of high end noise because the Yeti is soooo sensitive.

It does help with idle breathing just a little which is the reason I got it since the yeti mic is so sensitive and picks up everything

Snuf fit, dims down direct wind sounds and keeps dust away from your yetis mesh (you gotta have it to keep your yeti healthy :) ).
