Customer support said (and I quote) "I apologize for how annoying this may seem, but there is not a way to stop this process from happening

I tried to get this rectified from the company web-site (which was useless) and with calls to the company for customer support (support reps were equally useless).

After 8 weeks, ProForm customer support (ICON fitness) has no clue what the problem is.

I tried to call customer support but never got

Called Customer Support: Friendly, helpful, sent me a part right out, no problemo
