I can't really comment about how this coating will react over time, like if it becomes much weaker or starts to rub off.

Definitely like the coat that is put on

The stick felt great though, I love the grip coating

Also the coating on them gives a good grip which improves as they are used and the drummer gets sweaty.

I am a picky but reasonable musician and did not expect these to be nearly as great as they are
