Great customer service.

 PROS:Value, wide 7" touch screen, great recording resolution, rearview camera, close to factory appearance, clear mirror, easy installation, great customer supportCONS

I must note that the value price shouldn't be cause for apprehension to purchase due to fears of having shady customer support.

That's what i found in contacting with Jimmy in Pruveeo Team was way better solution for both of us in happy customers & also improving their products and company.-------------------------------------------------Screenshot quality is mediocre

First one i received had problems but Pruveeo has excellent customer service
