    • The 12v outlet works well, but hard wiring made it more convenient
    • Well, if you connect your camera's black and red wires into your parking light cable, then the back camera will only turn on when your are backing up and that is not being recorded
    • This setup will be temporary as I also have picked up the hard wire kit to tap from the fuse box... when weather permits

    • I have a full size pickup with an 8ft bed the included wire is totally adequate, and even if it wasn't THAT WIRE ISNT EVEN THE CORRECT KIND FOR THE CAMERA
