"don't leave us a one star review, contact us" - this is not how it works, you don't repeat ship defective products then "keep making it right" - so instead, I'm going to keep this 1-day old controller, eat the $15 and leave a one-star review so that others don't have the wool pulled over their eyes and buy this controller.
