These were not very soft and the quality wasn't much better than the store brand.

quality is fair, many sheets feel dry,hardly any lotion, some boxes have a fair share of manufacturing flaws, half sheets etc, but all that said, they work.

These are a great value and decent quality however the reason I left 4 stars is because of two reasons

I don't usually buy Puffs from Amazon so maybe their quality isn't as good???

Just wanted to warn others of the quality and potential cheap product disguised as Puffs, so you won't make the mistake of ordering.

As it happened with multiple boxes in this order, I can't help but wonder if there's an inferior quality being sold online (or a damaged bunch).I like this type of tissue--it's sturdy, soft, and the lotion does actually seem to reduce irritation when you're needing to use a lot of tissues due to illness or severe allergies.

Works as it should.
