My dog loves the flavor but her breath smells so bad like fish that I had to change to a different one

The other cat ate it but it gave him bad fishy breath.

The seal wasn't on this (when we unscrewed the cap & was going to put the pump on the inner seal wasn't on so not sealed ) the product has a horrible smell & my son had given our dogsome & he had horrible breath & horrible stomach issues, I believe this product was rotten may have even a been return/used..
