Really like this product, nice finish, easy pairing with multiple devices, in the worst case turn it off and on again and re-pair

Second pair of the same headphones in 3 months; first pair didn’t work out of box, second pair has now stopped taking a charge.

Btw, Puro has a very nice protective case and I keep telling my son to always store it in there, given that it's an expensive pair of headphone (I bought it from Amazon Warehouse, but still a $60 pair is more expensive than most other brand new kids headphone out there)

I contacted customer service and they shipped out another pair immediately and sent me a label to send back the defective pair

I could come up with so many words to describe the Puro Sound Labs Kids Bluetooth headphones; these are, hands down, the best pair of headphones we have ever owned.

After initial charge, the Bluetooth pairing to her tablet was very easy.

While I'm used to paying $25 for headphones to use in my piano studio with children from 2nd-12th grade, I decided to spring for this pricier pair and was not disappointed.

It's possible that I just got a bad pair, but the $15 Lilgadgets pair I have for my younger daughter sound much better.

So far these have worked out way better than another cheap pair of headphones and I think they'll hold up for a good long time.

Another feature of these headphones that I love are that inside of each ear cup, there is a very clear L and R, helping to let younger kids know how to put these headphones on without having to know yet how to really read
