Another thing I wanted to say about Puro Sound Labs is they have the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time

However, I contacted Puro Sound Labs and was so blown away by their wonderful customer service

I'm so proud that there is at least one company left in America with outstanding customer service!!

The service from Puro was really good while under warranty, and they even replaced the first break a bit after the warranty period.

I would consider buying them again if they were built more durably, as they are pretty good overall and their service is generally quite good as well.

They have wonderful customer service that made me want to write this review.

Another feature of these headphones that I love are that inside of each ear cup, there is a very clear L and R, helping to let younger kids know how to put these headphones on without having to know yet how to really read
